Where is the exacly location of Dark Guardian?

I heard that he respawns on the sand of the beach, at Lost 1. Is that right?

And it's 3 ~~ 3 hrs? like Valento?

yes, each 3 hours at server time 00:xx- 03:xx - 06:xx - 09:xx  etc

 

you can see minutes at boss time pressing F10 in game

 

and yes, it spawns at lost 1 by the sand
