Skill training bug?

Hi, yesterday I trained my DL to 55%, but when I logged today, it was at 43% only. Why?

Does it decreases everytime I level the skill up? It's currently LVL 7.

Yes, it decreases everytime you increase a level for the skill.

 

 

It's better to put it at level 10, then train it or use skill stones after.

if skill lv 1 and 100%, when u put it lv 2 the skill down to 60% +-, same this all levels, when up next level, the % down a lot

 

better is put lv 10 directly and train with red/cyan skill
