I have a question, let's say i buy an armor 124+22 PS DNT, but i want MS DNT.

If i use a MS rune with the armor still be dnt? or the spec stats could be random?.

If I remember well, you can't respec an aged neither mixed item.

Yes, if you use class rune, thats why i asked if the spec stats change to dnt too.
