mage or shaman

Hi i have just started playing the game and heard that shaman and mage have good aoe damage. Which one of them is better for lvling up and for leech a fs for example ? Ty

im playing shaman 128, phantom 126 mix belium but dam weak,hunt ice 3 min 1 monster can train solo but slower pris or mg, hopy lv higher dam is stronger

It will depends on how do you like to play the game. I have them both and I prefer magician because it's my style.

However, shamans have nice damage, good abs and speed buff. So they are as important as a pries to a party.
