How to finish job rankup 4, kill skillmaster wizard

I have litteraly been trying for 3 days now...

I am lvl 80 Magician I got that costume from the shop for 550k that's now +6 and my dark moon is also +6. 340HP 820 defense 65 absorb about 15% block. I can tank huge groups of mobs above my level easily.

 

I cannot kill this damned skill master.. he immediately summons a figon that can kill me in 2 hits..

And when he does not summon his figon at the start he will always summon it later.

And whenever I get this stupid skillmaster to about 25% health he just heals up back to 50% again.

And he does this over and over and over and over and over.. this quest is impossible to complete.

 

How do I finishe this job rankup ? I don't understand this.. I'm not an idiot but this is just impossible, it's immortal.

 

Also why can all classes buy Spec items from the store but the magician cannot?

He only heals a few times. About the fire elemental, runaway from it, it won't follow you.

That does not work, the fire elemental does follow you everywhere.. you cannot run away from it.

And what's a few times, I've seen it heal up to 5 times already but with this damn fire elemental following me everywhere this is just impossible.

Use a devine or celesto force and whenever he spawns the fire elemental, try to lure one of them in a time ^^

Ah crap I didn't see the answer till now.

My IGN is Juvator. I am online atm yes.

I managed to kill the wizard finally it was weird though this was like the quadrillionth time I tried but this time he did not summon a figon and only healed like 2-3 times

Then suddenly it's really easy

He succeeded quite well I guess I have been frustrated over this for a while now haha.

I guess i'm weak, but did I give ? no I did not!

Thats the point of the fight, its your test if you deserve to have a Rank Up.

 

 

 

I was able to defeat the skill master with a Priest, lately, with itens NS looted from the ground.

 

 

All you need is patience. The major problem is the Figon. When the skill master summons it, keep running in the borders of the arena, untill it stops following you.

 

Then, walk into the skill master when he teleports away. He will walk towards you, and attack whenever he gets on your range.  The priest i did the test for, i did it only with default attacks. Each attack was dealing 1 pixel of damage... However, after about 20 minutes of intense battle, he was defeated.

 

A magician still have base damage on skills, you should not have problems against him if you have a little bit of patience, and just dosnt rush the fight.

In the end I was able to kill him very quickly because for some reason he did not summon his Figon and only healed himself twice..

Very strange but I killed him within a minute then.

Though in litteraly every fight that figon really does not stop following you I ran around the edges for a long time but he just keeps following.

Pay a visit to the Item distributor and you'll see who sent you a gift

Put all of your skill points that you are not using for your gear into HEALTH.  You can easily redistribute your stat points when you are finished with the quest.  But having everything extra in health is the best way to tank something.
