Event Girl under lvl 100

since i last played did it change that its no longer free to reset skill points under lvl 100 too? she only let me reset stat points.

i tried my shaman (Yanto) event girl ask only for stats now ( pressed cancel for stats -no skill question, pressed yes to stats - no skill question) i tried relog 3 times now i used scroll for skills.

 

also website say Spiritual Menacle has 90% chance on lvl10 but ingame its only 70% now.

You hit cancel the the reset stats and then the reset skill should pop up.

i know u know ? i wrote i did and i didnt press cancel to stat question, bc shaman is not my first char. but it didnt ask me about skills at all. its the first time that happend thats why i asked if it changed, i remember there was a guy who has the same prob some weeks ago and i tried it with a knight mule and it worked still but not with my shaman.

Sounds like a weird glitch, cause I started a new char recently and it was working for me.  I thought first at too, cause I kept resetting the stats and the skills part never showed up, but when I didn't to reset stats the skills popped up.  I dunno.
