I need serious help for lvling my FS

I've been lvl 127 for over 2-3 years now. I don't know where to solo exp and I'm lazy af. I want to pay for exp service but no one exp for characters lower than lvl 132. What should I do? or what can I do? I have decent gears 114 armor +18 / 120 axe +15 / all 114 Mix gears and V-rings mixed. Where is the best place for me to exp "solo" and what build should I use? Your input will be very much appreciated. Thank you
