How to level up from 131 to 132?

Can't tank in AD3 and CT3Q gives around 1.5% EXP in one hour, so it's not that worth.

Wtf I need to do? :c

make daily Q too, go ad3 with mage or prs, make ct3q , go HG dont hav another way
