Forces for Shaman's AOE skill?

Hi all,

 

Just want to clarify on the usage of sheltom forces...does it add damage for Shaman's AOE skill?

I've read that for MGS and PRS, the sheltom forces does not add additional damage for their AOE Skills so wanted to know if it applies to Shaman's AOE as well.
