What wrong with people and ksing ?

It seems this rule doesnt existed. 

 

Alot of people I mean alot just take over your spawn and ksing like no tomorrow even I said I'm going to report them.They dont care about this at all.

Some just ksing you by saying quest.

 

Its just too many people that ksing to report.
