Block rating

Hi all,

 

im just curious about how much are allowed to work on blocking, i heard some ppl saying that the max block was 50%, and since i has a mech with my equips and skills it reach about 70%, so it work only until 50% all above this doesnt matter or we can even have 100% block?

can anyone clarify that for us? Maybe any gm, it should be good to know how much is the max block we can ever have in game.
