What about assassins class? (I saw some 13x 14x in lvl ranking) so??

I had see in level ranking some assassins 13x and 14x, so the class is really best class for pvp? hard to exping? why we dont see many assassins in game? and where are those assassins 13x 14x i never see exping in DIQ (and most people make xp there)?
