Clan icon problem

Good morning people. Im trying to change the clan icon all the time but nothing works. It is 32x32 and a 24 bit bmp file but still nothing works. I even tried different icons but nothing works there always stays the normal icon. Can u help me ?

Tried with opera, chrome and internet explorer but still no change. Nothing works.

Your icon clan needs meet the following requirements

 

 

- BMP format

- Dimensions 32x32

- Size of 4.05 KB or less

- Make changes in Internet Explorer or Mozilla FireFox

Yeah I know and got all that but it still doesnt work. Btw. not very much. Now its there somehow.
