@For those who asked what's that:

 

It's a Tier 5's Rank-up "quest item", although it doesn't go into your quest inventory. In order to get these stones, you'll have to go to Sanctuary of Darkness and mine Dark Rocks with a pickaxe that you can buy in Battle Town for 1kk.

 

You'll need 12 of these.

He can sell it. We will all be able to sell/buy those ingame. People will be able to go mine for a whole day and then sell all their dark stones to lazy players who don't wanna go mine and waste 15 minutes (or more) just to get 1 stone.
