Hell Guants Lv/10 Atk Pow Increase

Can anyone explain to me how the bonus from Hell Guants work? I equip it and only see +1 damage on my total damage.

 

For example my damage WITHOUT guants

 

1700-1800

 

damage WITH guants

 

1701-1801

 

is it bugged?

They add the att power on your max. The min should be same, with or without gauntles.

but i have a doubt about it, it add exactly only +14 of my atak max power (min not?) in this example if i'm lvl 140 so i have 1000 of atack it go to 1014? or +14 like +7 ages in my weapon? i mean +14 in my formula of atack power?
