Need help

I'm new with Assassin, and I just have basic stats of the item on agility talent and spirit... but I fail to much hits... If my dagger and Brac are LVL/1,  can someone explain me why i fail too much?

my mule-assassin no fail atks, up since lv 1, now is 108, and atk very well, no fail

 

maps like ice2 and lost will fail, bcz that maps are maps hunt, and hunt maps all mobs are more strong than xp maps
