Voice Chat?

Hello! I've been hit with a nostalgia-wave recently, and a friend of mine and I decided to join this server after not playing this game for over 10 years.

 

We noticed that there seems to be a voice chat feature in this game, but we're unable to figure out what button is used for push-to-talk. We've tried researching this, but there hasn't been any information about it. Is this feature still used or do others have the same problem?

 

Also, if this topic is in the wrong sub-forum, please let me know and I can move/delete/repost in the correct one!!
