How to do the editing of the image in the game???

I tried it but i cant open the image file,,, it is a TGA.file how to open it??????????????????? does anyone knows how?

You need a tga patcher, you can download it here: http://www.myupload.dk/showfile/65357289b97.exe

 

When you open a tga.file in that program, it generates a file called "ArchivoTmp", you can open that file in photoshop and start editing it.
