Oh now I'm confused, could someone just tell me how I should lvl my skills? So CL should be lvl 10 and VL should be lvl 10, Muspell lvl 10? And what more?

im not sure 36 dmg is worth the 9 skillpoints

Since VB is two hits, then isn't the difference really 72 instead of 36 per spell cast at level 10 versus level 1?  72x a spirit multiplier isn't too bad and I would imagine in PvP it might be a better alternative than MS.  I'm a noob PRS so I may be completely wrong, but just sayin'.

Well the difference may be nothing but do you know about the diference between Multi Spark lvl 10 and VB 10....?
