You are wrong, the monster is called Ignis. Go look in your monster folder, its there. Also Combreak posted a picture of it for you to see.

Its there, and the spawn rate is extremely low according to the GM. Also in the next patch its spawn rate will be increased a bit but still a lot lower then Crios.
