XP sharing within Party (lvl gap)

Hi People,

 

i try to lvl my ms 121 right Now With my mgs 140. so lvl gap is 19 i habe to bridge. i got the feeling that the ms nearly gets no XP. is the difference of shared XP very high of gap is over 18? is there a formula how much exp a char gets depending on gap?

Same exp for everyone in The party as long as your within the range green colour on map
