I have some questions, first I see that almost all mechanical isan bow. but peude 2h weapon use the powers. and where I can gain lvl 116 if I have no hand or prs for lech? thx

Auto mech is better for hunting and power mech is better for PvP.

As for PvE, the best build should be the spark build, you should be able to do those daily quests in battle town that give a nice amount of EXP by yourself.

As Wartale said, most Mech from what i've seen do indeed start as Spark then change to 1 of those other 2 Mech builds at 110-120~.

Depends on what you like and want i guess.

You an always reset stats & skills.
