how to summon boss mob by crystal?

The station here says, during boss hour, the crystal will summon a boss version, and the boss hour is fixed as something like 12:00~14:00.

The question is, how to see the clock in game? There is only a bar showing the countdown timer to sunset or daybreak, but no exact clock. Is it possible to summon every orb in exact boss hour?

press F10 to bring up the settings UI, that has a server time clock on the left side

so the boss hour is based on real time? not the game time?

The following hours are Boss Hours:

04:00-06:00

12:00-14:00

20:00-22:00

 

Those are real-time hours of the server (ie, the time displayed in the settings UI and on the realmpt.net website's upper-right corner)
