Find a cure quest Question

Hi I've been doing the quest for a few days on and off and I haven't found any poison samples...I'm killing the monsters indicated (omoi,spider trooper, stingray) so am I doing something wrong or is the quest just really really hard? If someone can tell me I'd appreciate it.

Don't expect quest items to fall every monster you see, this quest can take time. Not all the monsters mentioned will drop poison samples each time. Just keep working on it and sooner or later you will eventually get them all.

As stated above. The quest is really hard.

had one char was done in 2 hrs..

other 2 took me.. 2 or 3 days.. doing it. pretty much whole time..lol
