Add tier 5 as a donation gift

As we all know tier 5 is already in game its just not unlocked yet.

 

Here's good reasons to implement it

-Not hard to implement since its already in game.

-Increasing income to GMs so they can use it to develop the server and improving our(or some) gaming experience.

-Exclusive special tier 5 for only donors so alot more people will donate to the server.

-Increase numbers of tier5 testers and see how tier 4 fight against tier 5.

-When non donors see how good tier5 is they will donate too which mean more income.

-If donors hacked ban them but allow them to come back and enjoywtby donate via clemency system which more income for the server.

-All above reasons enough for implement it asap its good for the server and GMs.
