RANK UP QUEST FOR TIER 4 SKILLS, A BUG?

as the title shows, i am already 7x but i cant take the said quest..

whenever i go to the skill master, the "Rank Up" icon doesnt show up..

and BTW, the quest item from the tier 3 rank up quest is already gone..

is it a bug?

Did you do ALL the quests under lvl 60?

try to relog, or u might be doing another quest

after successfully dropping the quest item yesterday through a trade, i immediately went back to the skill master and received the +15hp reward...i tried talking to him over and over but i cant see the rank up option..i am not under any quest, and all previous quests have been completed..

What i did..is after dropping the item....i relog so the message box will appear saying that Quest Items are all gone..try it too ^^ works all the time

You have to buy ALL the skills in order to Rank up.
