Mixing fomular: Which one is better, Vigor (huge dmg) or Swiftness (as&crit)?

in my opinion if u have vigor u have a constant damage with low chance of critical and critical mix u have less damage but higher chance of critical ( who are 70% more dmg every critical ), thats just your choice.
