Whats the purpose of making this 2 lvl 10

If u cant buff them at the same time?..

Cause i read some build up here that both of those

should be lvl 10..

Can someone explain in it??..

Thanks sir i kinda notice it cause

when my PA is lvl1 my abs is around 140+ now that its lvl10

its 190+

and 1 more thing so i dont need to use this buff anymore?

as long as its lvl10 it will give the effect?..

yes, when you use MA you get the characteristics from MA, and also 2x the characteristics of PA.

 

there are other skills like this : spark shield + spark, and archer's falcon skills, etc
