Im wondering, how this thing works ? Description says ''They say it give luck on aging'' but luck is a very ambiguous term, it can mean less fail chance, less broke chance or +2 up chance ... And ''They Say....'' can it be a troll ? it really works ?

I once was told it is the only way to get +2 on aging, like +18 to +20 with just one aging. 

 

No it isn't, +2 happen randomly with or without the candy cane
