How does "Max HP Boost and Max MP Boost" work?  Can anyone explain to me?

DGS and FS add HP and MP based on your char level divided by 10. Lets say you equip it on a level 120 char, it will add 120/10 = 12 , HP and MP.

It works the same way for TS, except the level will be divided by 8, thus adding more HP and MP.
