What is the drop rate of the gift boxes?

 

I have hunted at least 60-70 Santa Goblins from lvl 1-80 over the past 2 days.  Haven't had 1 single drop.

 

Is there a lvl restriction of some sort?

It's pure luck - I got 3 gift boxes for the past 2 days, 2 from the Battlefield of the Ancients, and 1 from Valley of Tranquility. My clanmate said he got 10 already, although I don't know if he was joking or not I would to suggest that you should stop thinking about hunting and don't count how many Santa Goblins you've killed. As for me, the moment I stopped counting a gift box suddenly appeared, so yeah.

 

I just hope that those gift boxes are worth something.
