Question about AC x BC + Inner Soul

Hello,

 

I was reading about the skill text available on site and we get this:

 

"Adds Attack Rating temporary.

Stacks 100% with Concentration.

Swift Axe can be used simultaneously.

Inner Soul adds a 60% Attack Rating bonus to Bone Crash."

 

Avening Crash naturally adds 50% Atk Rat to the hits.

According to that text, when Inner Soul is active, we get 60% Atk Rat bonus to Bone Crash hits.

 

So I'm wondering: Since both skills AC and BC adds same Damage Boost (95%), still worth using Avening Crash instead Bone Crash against non-demon monsters?

Aparentlly Bone Crash coasts 3 extra mana points to give 10% extra Atk Rat (both lvl 10, using Inner Soul), is that right?

AC gets 50% critical chain from Brutal Swing(T2), so, it's better for common monsters than BC.

AC is faster than BC, and as our friend said, for common monsters, AC is better.

Versus demon, u should use BC =)

So, following this build, I would change Brutal Swing lvl 10 for Roar lvl 1?
