Is there a way to hide Costumes?

As the title says...Id like to keep the stats of the costumes but I prefer the look of most of the ingame armor.

I haven't tried it but can you put robe/armor in costume slot?  If no this would be a suggestion for GM.

Yeah i figured out that the costume slot didnt add stats..I just came back from alot break From RPT. and it was never explained ingame lol.
