Game.exe problem

so yesterday i tryed to play and show the following error:

Fatal error

Could not retrieve your game version! A missing game.exe have cause this error. Please re-install the game

i thought ok, that will be easy, i just extract the game.rar and for my surprise i didn't work, even after the extraction the game.exe was not exctrated. So i try the downloading again the game.rar and couldn't find game.exe again.

i thought it problem would be my antivirus mcaffe, so i tryed to find the game.exe as a deleted file and to my surprise it wasn't there either.

Am I the only one with this problem? if anyone else had this problem how did you fix it?

search in forum for "launcher error"

Delete all (remember save screenshots if u wanna kept them). Dissable the antivirus. Install again in a new folder and update. After finish the update add the game.exe of the game in the exceptions for the antivirus. Then activate antivirus again, and u should not have problem playing
