aging and level required by the item

We know that 2 lvl aging = 1 lvl add to lvl required by any item.

 

I wanna know when the lvl required stop to up when agg some item, or if dont stop. In bPT stop at lvl 100 itens, and here?

Only in official pts we have this feature of no-level penalties when you age an item (only lvl 100 gears or above),

 

here and any other private pt server, age always increase lvl requirement.
