If i do the quest Bitter Ordeal http://www.realmpt.net/quest/90b being lvl 100, and then i reset my stats points.. i will get my each 10 points from lvl 90 to 100 ?

You don't need to reset, does not matter woot LV you are, after you have done the Quest you get 10 points for each LV after 90, so if you do them with LV 100

you already have receive 70 Points ( 7 each LV) and you will find then 30 Points add to your Ac.
