The STM of K9 reduces after new update

Before new update today,

My STM is 1978 and after game updates my STM only 1718

 

why does STM  change?

I would like to know the same. Is that a bug or is it intentional? Because I think the only knights that can use LS till the end now are the ones with 1000 stm mix or with magician's buffs.
