Boss time for all boss monster?

Yes, but they spawn every 1 hour.

Ex.: Boss Time: xx:35

Every 01:35, 02:35, 03:35 is the respawn time.

Once I tried to kill a RaShA's and it didn't spawn at all in Boss Time. I'm not sure, but I don't think it was the first time this happened to me.

Thess bosses you mentioned (from old maps) spawn every hour at the boss time.

 

No they don't.  Its every three hours.  Because ive been in the smaller maps for more than an hour at a time.  They only show up at the same time the 3 hour bosses show up.  I'm talking grave shakin, rasha, etc.  I dont know if its a bug but its always been that way.  the website lies.  the only one that shows up every hour is the one in Iron 1 and 2 for quest and every half hour are the ones in the XP maps.

As far as I have discovered, yes.  All those little minion bosses like zzangapy, mekhist, grave shakins, bauton, guilty gordon.... ive only every seen them spawn on the 3rd hour.  The website says every hour but during events I play in cursed land for hours and I am there at boss time every hour and guilty gordon only shows up on the 3rd hour.  Same with the rest when I have tried to get to them (for coin bags).  The only one that comes on the hour is Babel which is probably why everyone high level is there every hour.
