Prs Regen skill

Hi, I want to ask that if we can keep 1 prs regening in 1 window and then play other char in other window at the same time ?. I did try but when I change window to play other char, prs stops regening. I can hold regening without holding click but it stops when I change window tab.

With a virtual PC you can do it in a same pc as well like u do with 2 PC
