I need some tips on skills and stats for Exp/Hunting mage

So I just started playing this game again after 6 years or so and started out with a mage. Now there are a lot of different options when it comes to skills and stat builds. My main goal with this character would be grinding exp and just hunting stuff for other future characters. So when not taking into account 1v1 stuff etc, what skills would be vital for the main purposes of my mage? The recent update seems to have changed a few things. I'm really not that familiar anymore with the numbers regarding power and %s, it's been too long

 

Also, how should I distribute my stats? I see people talking about 90 talent, others say 81 is the maximum you need. How about the other stats?

 

I'm currently only level 62 but trying to plan ahead. I also like to invest in a few skills now to make all the quests a bit easier to go through.

Thanks, how about skills for exp and hunting maps? Which should I get to level 10? Which passive/buff skills should I always use?

Not so sure on equipment, I still have 80 boots, bracelets and 90 boots. For the exact stats I have now, I would have to be in the game and it's under maintenance right now.

 

You level really fast so you don't really need to level 1 skill up to level 10 first. A combination of Diastrophism, Energy Shield and Spirit Elemental is good. Meteorite to level 10 first, only skill really useful in Tier 4, Fire Elemental after that. For Tier 5 get Stone Spike first. I like the Mana buff (Magic Source), since you can give it to others as well. That's me personally, you can go for Amplify As well. After that get the other buff (Enchant Weapon) and Death Ray and Dancing Sword if you want to kill people/monsters 1v1.

 

I don't know for hunting maps though, still leveling. At 107 now.
