after the quest you get 7 stats points instead of 5. so if i finish it at lvl 85 or higher. Do i get the extra 2 points for the lvls I gain before I finsih the quest?

yes normally you will get compensated for whatever levels you gained after the quest level.

 

FYI, quests are bugged atm so you won't get them anyway.

You can do the quest but you won't be able to get the extra stat points because the quests are bugged atm.
