Hello. I was trying to buy a 120 Orb for my PRS, and I checked Item List and it says it's block goes from 11 to 14%. So I was wandering around Ricarten, checking some shops, and I found this:

Orbs got a bost 5 or 6 years ago, this orb is older than that

Also, that orb has less Abs, block and it dosn't add hp nor hp regen

Yes, if you respec it, it will get the newer, boosted stats.
