im new here..im trying to do the quest on the quest list section of the site.. but when i want to do.. there is no chat message or box that appears like any other quest.. im just wondering

The whole quest system is not working properly at the moment, which means you will not be able to do any of those quests listed on the website. I recommend you to wait a few days while Wartale (rPT's Administrator) tries to fix this problem. Until then, just keep leveling your character. Good luck!
