Please be aware that, when you ask for anyone help with a game or computer issue you need to provide as much info as possible. Saying thing like you have been doing is no help, no one would have a clue on where to help.

with me the same problem with 3 bugs :

 

-Direct3D Error: Create game Failed

-Could not initialize the grafics device

-Failed Loaging the game!

Your problem mainly due to out of date graphic card driver or graphic card is faulty.
