Glacial Spike or Regen Field?

Most builds follow this path: CL-Muspel.. and after these two skills lv 10? Regen sounds good lv 10, 50,0 hp (if works properly). Glacial spike is usefull only if the freeze time increases, once the damage is low and delay is big ( better use VB)
