Guys what is the meaning of HP absorpation?

Is it Like Ata's soul sucker and prs extinction?

Does that mean it can 3 shot any mob at lvl10?

Or is there something like Ata SS  (cant use when mob is lower than 50% hp) ?

Haunt does not have hp reduction attribute, it absorve a portion of the damage delt into hp (37%), being totally useless in a game that hp pot has no delay.

Haunt does not have hp reduction attribute, it absorve a portion of the damage delt into hp (37%), being totally useless in a game that hp pot has no delay.

 

We're wondering if it's a good skill for hunt purposes.
