I just have a question, are gms still reading the posts in RECOVERY CENTER SECTION.

I always read posts in REPORT USER and REQUEST UNBAN

and i always see replies saying that I CANT GUARANTEE YOU ANYTHING or something

 

Im just wondering.. if They are still reading it or at least making some actions to those players that lost their items during LAG or SCAMMED in TRADE.

hmm. others ban in some reasons. they say its regen hack or auto but its not.
