Lvling 8x - 9x

Hello,

im really struggling to up my mage, (86 for now). spike don't do damage and meteorite is just meh. bubble sucks mana like crazy needed to leave lvl 8

 

there's another class that i can level my own char?  pristess and shaman can stand to the damage on lvl 85-90 maps?

Mage is one of the easiest classes to level, people often use them to level other classes. Take some Hulk Crystals and go to Sanctuary of Darkness or maybe even Railway of Chaos. It should be manageable without too many problems if you have decent gear. Try finding some cheap level 8x mage spec gear on Zeus server and if you can afford it, mix them.

Everyone always says mages are so easy to level etc.... But you really need up to date gear (gear for your level) and you need to mix it. Even if it's only divine mixes, it adds up. I think mana shield still sucks mana even though they said they fixed it, but personally I've stopped playing my mage for the most part. If you don't have gold to spend on gear/good mixes, then you may be better leveling say a mech first. Spark mech 1 shots everything until level 90 or so and can tank everything with only average gear. Mages are simply a struggle until 104+ and even then you'll want to inferna mix a 104 set. for now you can cursed temple 1-2 and hopefully find someone to tank for you. Also, use a force orb (infera is best value) and will increase you damage significantly.
