Tier 4 Reset

Is there a way to reset on your Tier 4 skills? I wanted to change my tier 4 up a bit, but I don't want to reset all my skills. That would waste time, energy and money. Is there a stone or anything that I can reset only tier 4? If not, I would like to suggest it. Lol.

Nope, u have to reset all tiers, put all skillpoints again and buy purple skill crystal
