Does anyone know where i can  find magma rock nowdays?

If I remember correctly, you can buy it from the Stone Collector in Atlantis Town. If your character level is higher than 100, you can kill Lava Golems in Kelvezu Lair to obtain them.

From what I remember, stone collector gives it to you when you are doing your tier 5 rank up...

I myself recently found this out. Wandered into Kelvezu lair and started kiling Lava Golems.
